To begin your adventure, simply inform the local operator of your desired destinations at least a day prior to departure. Then, sit back and savour the journey as the driver expertly navigates the quickest routes between each location.
You can choose between the following vehicle options:
- 4 Seater Car (Car ticket option): Maximum 2 passengers with a small luggage or 3 passengers without luggage
- 7 Seater Car (Van ticket option): Maximum 3 passengers with a small luggage or 5 passengers without luggage
- 16 Seater Car (Bus ticket option): Maximum 8 passengers with a small luggage or 15 passengers without luggage

Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- Over time (per hour): 11/11/14 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (to be paid to the transfer operator)
Know in advance:
- Each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
- The driver is Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The customer service team (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide: pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time: for international flights - 90 minutes; for domestic flights - 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
