- 16 Seater Car (Bus ticket option): Maximum of 8 passengers with small luggage or 15 passengers without luggage

- Over time (per hour): 11/11/14 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (to be paid to the transfer operator)
Know in advance:
- Each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
- The driver is Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The customer service team (English speaking) is available via WhatsApp 24/7
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide: pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
