Book a 4-seater vehicle for a maximum 2 passengers. Each person is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.

The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
Please provide pick up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes. For domestic flights are 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel is 30 minutes
