- Over time (per hour): 12 USD for car/12 USD for van/15 for bus
- Late/early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 8 USD for car/10 USD for van/12 USD for bus

- Vehicle types: Car maximum 2 passengers // Van maximum 3 passengers // Bus maximum 8 passengers
- Each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- At checkout please provide: Pick up date and time, number of pax, pick-up and drop-off point, Flight number, Full name (all passengers), Year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time for international flights: 90 minutes; for domestic flights: 60 minutes. Train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
