This service can be booked from the airport to your hotel or vice versa. Get a private transfer by air-conditioned vehicle and an experienced driver who will meet you with a sign with your name on it.

You can choose between the following vehicle options:

Option 2 (7 seater car): maximum 3 passengers

Not allowed:

extra luggage or luggage larger than permitted based on vehicle space

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

extra luggage can be charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
over time (per hour): 10/12/12 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (pay to transfer operator)
late/early surcharge from 10 pm to 5 am: 8/10/12 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (pay to transfer operator)

Know in advance:

there is a minimum of 2 people per booking
the 4 seater car can accommodate a maximum of 2 passengers, the 7 seater car a maximum of 3 passengers, and the 16 seater car a maximum of 8 passengers
each passenger is allowed to have one (55cm x 28cm x 23cm) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag
the driver normally speaks Vietnamese; other languages are available upon request with a surcharge
an English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7
the transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
please provide: Pick up date & time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
For international flights waiting time is 90 minutes; for domestic flights waiting time is 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel is 30 minutes
