Book your 4 seater car for a maximum of 2 passengers. Each person is allowed to carry one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.

Extra fees to paid on-site:
- Over time (per hour): 10/12/12 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (pay to transfer operator)
- Late/early surcharge from 10pm to 5am 8/10/12 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (pay to transfer operator)
Know in advance:
- Vehicle options are 4 Seater Car (Toyota Vios or similar) with maximum 2 passengers, 7 seater car (Toyota Innova or similar) with Maximum 3 passengers, 16 seater car (Ford Transit or similar) with maximum 8 passengers
- Each passenger is allowed to have one 60cm (56cm x 28cm x 23cm) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
- Driver is Vietnamese-speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The customer service team (English-speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide pick up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes. For domestic flights are 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel is 30 minutes
