Each passenger is allowed to have one small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

Know in advance:

Booking required minimum 2 passengers per booking. If you are travelling alone, you have to paid double fee for 2 participants
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your pick-up time
This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect a 10–15 mins delay picking up other passengers
Customers who choose to be picked up or dropped off at Hoi An Old Town, the customer would be transferred by a Sedan or MUV/SPV car from the bus stop if the transfer falls into 11am - 1pm and 4pm - 10pm
Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together
Shuttle can have up to 16 seaters
This activity is a shared transfer, therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, etc.
