Seguendo il percorso vicino a Marathon, ti avvicinerai al lago dove avrà luogo la prima tappa. Il lago Marathon è un bacino di approvvigionamento idrico della città di Atene, formatosi dalla costruzione della diga di Marathon all'incrocio dei torrenti Charadros e Varnavas. Lì avrai abbastanza tempo per scattare foto della vista mozzafiato della diga del lago Marathon.
Proseguendo il giro intorno al lago, potrete godere di percorsi inesplorati e viste panoramiche, fino a raggiungere Rathes e la foresta fatata di Varnava. Lì potrete ammirare i colori e la fitta vegetazione che la rendono una tappa ideale nella natura greca.
Seguendo la strada inesplorata, attraversando i vigneti, verrai portato al Museo del vino Costas Lazaridis e alla cantina vinicola Oinotria Land. Il tuo esperto di vini ti accoglierà e inizierà il tour della cantina sul processo di produzione del vino, insieme alla produzione di distillati locali e aceto balsamico. Il tour continuerà nelle cantine vinicole dove farai una sessione di degustazione di 3 vini e un aceto insieme a formaggio locale e tradizionali pani di quercia e orzo.
Poi farete un giro veloce nei dintorni di Kapandriti, dove vi fermerete per il pranzo, dove potrete gustare piatti tipici greci, prima di concludere il tour e tornare ad Atene con i ricordi e i sapori migliori.
