Riuscite a immaginare di camminare con interesse attraverso i vigneti di uva che crescono in terreno vulcanico e poi emozionarvi all'assaggio non solo di ciò che producono, ma di un formaggio distinto abbinato a ciascuno? Se è così, allora questa attività di tre ore fa per te!
Goditi gli aromi e senti la brezza marina dell'Oceano Atlantico in un paesaggio che non ti lascerà indifferente mentre inizi il tour a piedi. Quindi, entrerai nell'edificio arancione e ammirerai i suoi tesori al coperto prima di sederti.
Concediti un bicchiere di Dragoblanco (vino bianco giovane) accompagnato da un formaggio fresco di capra bianco di Tenerife per iniziare la degustazione. Cambia colore quando l'Hollera (vino rosso prodotto con macerazione carbonica) si accompagna al formaggio di capra affumicato della Palma. Successivamente, sorseggerete un bicchiere di Monje Tradicional (vino rosso giovane) accompagnato da un formaggio di capra semistagionato piccante di Fuerteventura. Concludendo con un bicchiere di Listán Negro (rosso, affinato in botte) accompagnato da caprini e pecorini di Gran Canaria per finire con il sapore più deciso.
