Not allowed:

• Shopping bags, luggage(s), or backpacks will not be permitted into any of the theatres, except for small personal bags or purses (9″ x 5″x 2″ max)
• Outside food will not be permitted in the theaters

Know in advance:

• You will receive your tickets via email within 48 hours after purchase
• You will be allocated the best seats available at the time of booking in your chosen category. Please refer to the seating map in the photo gallery
• All attendees are required to wear a mask in all indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status
• Children under 5 are not permitted in the theater. All children between 5 and 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and must have their own ticket. Lap sitting is not permitted
• Please note that the show uses loud noises and periods of darkness which can frighten some children
• It is mandatory to fill out a phone number at checkout
