Il prelievo al tuo hotel inizierà intorno alle 8:15 e dopo un po' inizierai a pedalare fino al villaggio di Thanh Toan. Vedrai verdi risaie, maestosi templi familiari e la vita quotidiana della popolazione locale che attraversa il sentiero a zigzag del villaggio. Alle 10:15 remerai sulla barca con la gente del posto sul fiume Nhu Y.
Sperimenta alcune attività agricole insieme a loro (se il tempo è bello) e inizia a cucinare (3 piatti). Goditi il pranzo che cucinerai e prova altri piatti. Alle 14:00 verrai trasferito al tuo hotel.
