Sisal, a tranquil seaport in Yucatan, invites you to bask in its serene and crystal clear waters. Here, you can unwind while enjoying an awe-inspiring view of the sea.

One of Sisal's main attractions is its historic lighthouse and fort. This 16th-century structure was originally used to spot pirates. Located just a stone's throw from the beach, you can explore this site to learn about its rich history. Remember to climb to the top of the lighthouse for a panoramic view of the area - don’t forget your camera.

Discovering the town of Sisal is a breeze due to its compact size. You can either rent a bike or hire a motorcycle taxi service, available locally.

Experience the local charm by embarking on a sea tour through the mangroves. As part of this adventure, you'll get to observe pink flamingos and iguanas by kayak at Ojo Agua La Carbonera, a fascinating spot where fresh and salt water meet. You can also take a dip in the mangrove swamp. During this tour, you'll be provided with natural water and delectable seasonal fruit.
