- Receive the entry ticket(s) in a separate email 24 hours before your travel date or within 60 minutes for the same-day travel
- Qasr Al Watan opens every day: from 10:00 am to 05:45 pm. The last Entry is at 05:45 pm
- Qasr Al Hosn is open from Saturday to Thursday: from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm and Friday from 02:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Timings for the attractions are subject to change without notice. Please check the attractions' official website for the latest timings
- The Bus route map and the schedule for the Free Tourist Shuttle Bus will be provided via email along with your admission tickets
- Free Shopping Gift Card's redemption and usage details will be received on the email.
- Free SIM includes an eSIM/SIM card offering 10GB of data valid for 24 hours and can be reloaded on the go.
- Collect your SIM by visiting an Etisalat shop in the arrival area at Abu Dhabi International Airport, or any Etisalat store across the city
- Keep your original passport and travel visa (if required) handy for SIM activation
- Only one SIM card can be issued per passport, as per the UAE Telecom Regulation
- SIM cards can only be issued to travelers aged 18 and above
- Receive a separate email with your SIM card collection voucher
- SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation
