Lastly, pick up your luggage. When you're ready to collect your bags, return to the same location within the operating hours. Present your ID or email, and the staff will swiftly return your belongings.

It is important that you show your Stasher email confirmation with the booking code at your drop-off location, or ask the staff to look up the booking under your full name. You'll receive it instantly or within 10 minutes after you book the activity. If you don't receive it or can't find it in your inbox, contact the local operator directly.
