- The Louvre Abu Dhabi is closed on Monday
- The Louvre Abu Dhabi is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 06:30 pm, and Friday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 08:30 pm
- Qasr Al Watan opens every day from 10:00 am to 05:45 pm. Last Entry at 05:45 PM. Subject to change without notice.
- The Qasr Al Hosn is open from Saturday to Thursday: 09:00 AM– 08:00 PM and Friday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Free Shopping Gift Card's redemption and usage details will be received on the email.
- The Bus route map and the schedule for the Free Tourist Shuttle Bus will be provided via email along with your admission tickets.
- Collect SIM from the Etisalat shop at Abu Dhabi Airport upon arrival or city-wide stores.
- An original passport & visa (if required) in the presence of passport holder is required for SIM activation.
- One SIM per passport, for travelers 18+ years as per UAE Telecom Regulation.
