Arrange the departing time with the local operator when it's most convenient for you. Be picked up at your hotel lobby and reach Luxor. Be dropped off where you need in Cairo. During your journey of 4-5 hours, relax and admire the panoramic view of the Egypt desert from your window. Drink water or taste snacks included in your transfer.

- Permitted transfer timings are mainly during daylight from 06:00 to 18:00
- The price is per one-way private transfer to Luxor hotels, Nile cruises or Luxor International airport
- During booking, please provide your mobile number with country prefix code, email address and hotel name or accommodation address as well as your flight details if your transfer starts from Hurghada airport
- The 6-people private group is open to a maximum of 15 participants
- There is no limit to the amount of luggage you can carry with the vehicle, as long as it fits into the car
- Windsurfing equipment is not allowed, and you need to hire an additional taxi to transfer your gear
- Other sports equipment and non-foldable wheelchair may be accepted as long as it fits into the car
- The local operator will contact you 24 hours before the experience starts to confirm your pickup time
