Whether it is your first time visiting Luxor or you have done it before, this experience is for you. You will discover the legends of Dendera Temple and the captivating Valley of the Kings with a felucca cruise and a delicious set menu lunch at a 5-star hotel.

Setting off from Marsa Alam in the early morning through the fascinating Red Sea Mountains to Luxor, you’ll delve into your first sight, the impressive Dendera Temple, one of the best-preserved temple complexes in Egypt. It provides valuable insights into the ancient Egyptians' religious beliefs, artistic skills, and astronomical knowledge.

Afterwards, you’ll have a set menu lunch at a 5-star hotel before heading to the Valley of the Kings. Get ready to step aboard the traditional wooden felucca. As you glide along the Nile’s rippling water, learn interesting facts from your knowledgeable guide. You'll pass by the two statues of Memnon Colossi greeting visitors as they arrive. You can hop out and take a photo, or walk down to the statues for a closer view.

The Valley of the Kings is a must-see in Egypt. It is a royal burial ground for ancient Egypt famous, nobles and the wives and children of the pharaohs. You’ll have an opportunity to enter three of 63 royal tombs.

A visit to three tombs is included in your Valley of the Kings entrance ticket, with the exception of Ramses VI and Tutankhamun's tombs, which require an additional fee, Tutankhamun's tomb is around 500 EGP for adults and 250 EGP for children under 12. The Tomb of Ramses VI entrance cost is approximately 180 EGP for adults and 90 EGP for children under the age of twelve. Payment is available only with a credit card

Please note that the shared tour option is only available on selected dates. The private tour takes place every day. If you book a private tour for only one person, you must have a minimum age of 12 years
Your ticket includes the entrance fees to Dendera Temple and to the Valley of the Kings (valid for 3 tombs with the exception of the tombs of Tutankhamun and Ramses VI)
If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
Infants below 2 years old can join for free
Customers in a wheelchair may need to choose the private option for convenience
Tour duration and pickup time are simply guidelines subject to change, based on operational conditions and your hotel location
A motorboat would be the alternative to cross the Nile in case of windy days or bad weather
