Accompanied by passionate artisans, you will enjoy a series of friendly tastings that made Lyon the Capital of Gastronomy in the food hall and the old town of Lyon : 5 Lyonnais pork «charcuteries» with a glass of local red Côte du Rhône; 1 casserole of pike quenelle (soufflé) with crayfish sauce; 4 regional cheeses with a glass of local white wine and truffle honey; 1 brioche with pralines of Lyon; 1 chocolate «Coussin de Lyon» and a glass of Champagne or Cerdon (local sparkling wine from Gamay variety) during a private silk demo.
