Wander through the fjord by bike
Cycle from Tálknafjörður towards Sveinseyri, a world filled with rich birdlife and beautiful sandy beaches. You will visit an old remote farm called Sellátrar which is now used as a summer cabin. Admire the stunning sceneries of the wild rocky landscapes covered with green nature. Below on the shore you can see the remains of abandoned fishermen's' huts.
Experts have said trees are not able to grow here, still you will find the western-most grove in Europe here at Arnarstapi. People also say that Arnarstapi is an energy center, take moment to feel the energy in the air to recharge your own energy levels.
Continue your biking adventure backs towards Tálknafjörður, the last stop of the day. Just outside of this village you will visit the hot spring pool of Pollurinn. Bathe in the warm waters and take in the beautiful landscapes of the fjord. A perfect way to end this tour.
