Once all participants have arrived, your adventure begins with a scenic tour of the vineyard. Here, your guide will share the history of this winery, born from a desire to innovate and enhance the local area through organic methods employed since the 1980s. Next, step inside for a visit to the heart of the winery. You'll explore the room dedicated to winemaking, delving into the fascinating process of grape processing, before reaching the barrique cellar where the wine matures during the ageing process.
Finally, you'll be led to the tasting room. Here, your palate will be treated to three signature glasses of D'Erasmo Vini, each expertly described and paired with dry baked goods such as "taralli" and "breadsticks".
