Also, you'll sip on some of Italy's finest wines as you walk around Perugia. You'll satisfy your hunger with Strangozzi, traditional Umbrian pasta that has been enjoyed for generations. Made with a simple mixture of flour and water, this pasta boasts a long, thin shape and a slightly chewy texture. Not only that, but you'll experience the flavor of the region's famous cold cuts, including the renowned prosciutto di Norcia and delicious salsiccia. Perugia is a staple in meat and prosciutto, known all across Italy.
