Here, you'll gradually enter the water using a buoyancy tube suitable for both adults and children. You'll then learn the basic movements of sinuous swimming, such as backstroke or dolphin on the surface. For those with some aquatic experience, there's also the opportunity to explore beneath the surface.
As your adventure concludes, you'll have the chance to share your experiences, both athletic and emotional, with your guide.
