In the heart of Siena, the historic Palazzo delle Papesse welcomes visitors once more. This remarkable building, commissioned by Caterina Piccolomini in the late 15th century, has been closed since 2008. Now, it reopens its doors with an exciting exhibition titled "Julio Le Parc. The Discovery of Perception. Works from 1958 to the Present."
The Renaissance palace offers more than just a glimpse into history. Its courtyard and terrace culminate in a rooftop loggia that provides a spectacular panoramic view of Siena. But the real highlight is the chance to admire the works of contemporary master Julio Le Parc, displayed throughout the palace. These pieces, created between 1958 and 2024, are a testament to Le Parc's lifelong exploration of movement, colour, and light. - Reduced tickets for children (age 7-13) can only be bought on-site
- The senior ticket (age 65+) is also valid for pupils and students (age 14+) of all levels with a valid student card
- Please note that the last entry is 1 hour before closing
- Public opening hours are as follows:

- From 04/11/2024 to 24/12/2024: daily 12 PM to 7 PM
- From 26/12/2024 to 06/01/2025: daily 10 AM to 7 PM
