Admire the rich details of the gold staircase, relive the sensations experienced by the prisoners who crossed the famous Bridge of Sighs, and explore the Venetian prisons, famous for hosting Giacomo Casanova.
Your tour will continue on to St Mark's Basilica, where you'll be able to admire a real majestic masterpiece of Byzantine art. Marvel at the stunning gold mosaics and marble inlays on the floors, appreciate the biblical scenes depicted and discover the history of this ancient basilica. During this tour, your guide will take you through the first floor of the Basilica, where you will visit the Terrace and the Museum.
