1.**About next day return**.

- If you wish to return the next day, you must pay a 10,000 yen deposit and an additional fee (1,100 yen) for the next day return. The deposit will not be refunded if the apartment is not returned the next day. 2.

2.**Punctuality of return time**.

- Please be punctual with your return time. If you are late to return the equipment, please contact the store during business hours. If you do not contact the store after business hours and return the car the next day, you will be charged the same amount as the first day's fee.

3.**Late arrivals and voided reservations**.

- If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be voided.

- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, priority will be given to customers who arrive on time. Please note that no refunds will be made for appointments cancelled after the scheduled appointment time. Please be on time for your appointment.

4.**Wearing Kimono during Pregnancy**.

- Wearing kimono during pregnancy is strictly prohibited. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women. We will not be responsible for any health problems that may result from wearing a kimono while concealing your pregnancy.

5.**About damage at the time of return**.

- If your kimono or accessories (bag, etc.) are damaged upon return, you will be required to pay a reasonable amount of compensation for the damage. We recommend that you purchase kimono insurance (550 yen). Please consult our local staff for any related questions.

6.**Luggage Management**.

- Free luggage storage service is provided on-site, but please take care of your valuables yourself. We are not responsible for any loss (including theft), damage, or leakage.

7.**About Kimonos for Children**

- Kimonos for children are designed for children over 70cm in height and under 12 years old.
