Join this tour and experience Zen by practicing Zazen meditation, relaxing in the Zen garden, and enjoying a Buddhist vegan meal for lunch.

Feel the tranquility of the Zen garden, a dry landscape garden, while listening to your guide's commentary. Then, experience a 1-hour Zen meditation at one of the five major Zen temples in Kyoto. You'll get insights into how to practice zazen or Zen meditation from your guide and you'll receive material to read through.

In the end, enjoy a traditional Buddhist vegan meal historically served by Zen monks at Zen temple.

If you book the tour starting at 10:45, the lunchtime will be 14:15 (after the meditation experience), so please have enough breakfast or brunch before
