Learn to make sesame salad, teriyaki chicken, dashimaki rolled omelets, tempura, sushi, and miso soup with the gentle guidance of a home chef. And you won’t be studying just the standard versions of these dishes; make them all in the Kyoto way with techniques and seasonings unique to the prefecture.
