Learn to make arguably Japan’s most famous food in Osaka with these sushi making lessons. There are many types of sushi found across Japan and here you can learn the differences and make them for yourself. Try your hand at homemade nigiri, gunkan maki, and maki sushi with a professional instructor. Then turn up the heat and make some grilled chicken yakitori-style and a side of miso soup. After putting the final touches on your meal, enjoy some traditional Japanese sweets. Become a sushi making expert while learning all about the history of all the dishes you make. Enjoy a bite of Japanese culture that you can take with you wherever you go.
