The Langkawi Wildlife Park, offers an unparalleled experience of admiring animals. Its design includes a fully covered walkway, allowing you to visit regardless of the weather.
This 5.5-acre bird park, just a short drive from Kuah Town, was the first of its kind in Asia when it opened as "Langkawi Bird Paradise" on 30th November 2002.
Inside, you'll find an atmosphere reminiscent of a tropical rainforest. Initially focusing on various species of birds, the park was officially launched by the Chief Minister of Kedah, Y.A.B. Dato’ Seri Razak Zain on 24th December 2002.
On 1st January 2006, in line with new wildlife exhibits, the name was changed to "Langkawi Wildlife Park".
