Wieliczka Salt Mine, a Material Culture World Heritage Site, with over 1 million guests every year. It is one of the biggest tourist attractions located near Krakow, famous in Poland as well as over the world! It is one of sixteen Polish UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Sites.
During the trip, You will visit one of the oldest working Salt Mines in the World – the Wieliczka’s Salt Mine, which has been producing table salt for over 700 years! On tour from Krakow guide will take you up to 140 meters underground for a 2,5-hours journey through over a 2,5-kilometers long tourist route full of chambers with amazing carvings and statues and a large collection of mining machines and equipment, where everything is made of salt.
