Admire the sunrise from Pico do Arieiro, Madeira's highest viewpoint. You can choose between two options: Tour with meal (available from Tuesday to Saturday), and Round-trip transfer (available every day).

The tour with meal includes breakfast and a levada walk after sunrise. Enjoy the sunrise while sipping a cup of tea or coffee and having breakfast with some sandwiches, homemade cakes, toasted cheese and ham sandwiches. Before going back to the area of Camacha, take a walk in the Paradise Valley and admire some endemic trees of the Laurissilva forest.

The round-trip transfer offers a stunning sunrise view from Pico do Arieiro and return transport to your hotel, but doesn't include breakfast. This option is ideal if you wish to enjoy breakfast at your hotel after sunrise.

The tour takes place rain or shine. If the weather/visibility conditions at the top are not good enough to watch the sunrise, the locations will be changed to the Santo da Serra Golf Court or the Skywalk Viewpoint of Guindaste in Santana or the tip of the island Ponta de São Lourenço
There are no refunds in case of bad weather conditions. If there are sudden weather changes in the mountains, you'll be offered an alternative location
Breakfast and the levada walk are not included in the low-cost Round-trip transfer option, available from Monday to Sunday
Breakfast and the levada walk are included in the Tour with meal option, available from Tuesday to Saturday

We thoroughly enjoyed our sunrise tour to Pico Do Arieiro. Or driver Filipe was excellent - he was prompt, friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed by the fact we were supplied blankets. We are very grateful for this and had a great time.

Der Sonnenaufgang war wunderschön, wir fanden es super, dass der Fahrer Decken mitgehabt hat. Es war oben sehr kalt und man sollte auf jeden Fall warme Sachen mitnehmen, da es bei uns sehr windig war.

Die Fahrt war pünktlich und gut und der Sonnenaufgang waren wunderschön. Aber wenn ich ein Frühstück buche erwarte ich nicht in einer kleiner schmutzigen Hütte ohne Heizung zu sitzen. Die Guides haben es liebevoll gemacht, dass hat es etwas rausgerissene, aber alles in allem ist das Frühstück eine Frechheit. Es gab‘ noch nicht einmal eine Toilette. Ebenfalls die „Wanderung“ bei der der Guide uns einfach rausgelassene, den Weg erklärt und dann wieder eingesammelt hat ist überflüssig.

Sehr schöner Ausflug! Wir hatten einen extrem freundlichen und kompetenten Fahrer. Es wurde uns bei der Hinfahrt alles erklärt und interessante Fakten erläutert. Wir hatten anschließend genügend Zeit für den Sonnenaufgang. Das Frühstück und die dazugehörige Örtlichkeit waren wirklich gelungen und der Spaziergang hat alles abgerundet. Eine wirkliche Empfehlung für jeden der auf Madeira Urlaub macht.
