Each tuk-tuk has a maximum capacity of 4 people (price is intended per vehicle)
The minimum age for joining this tour is 2 years old and children must be accompanied by an adult
The tour will start and end at the same point
The itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour. Also, in case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will instead be cancelled, without the possibility of a refund, if the delay is greater than 15 minutes
During winter, tuk-tuks will have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind
Please note there is no luggage department in the tuk-tuk to store any handbags, wheelchairs, strollers or any further items

You'll be picked up and dropped off inside the “Parking BSM Estació Barcelona Nord” (subterranean), whose entrance is located at 25 Carrer de Ribes. Please note the entrance isn't through the doorway of the building, but through the stairs that are located in front of the doorway, in a glass structure. Once at the door of the stairs, please ring the bell and the door will open automatically. Once inside the parking, on "Floor -1", you'll see a series of squares with Eco Tuk Tuk signs. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the tour's starting time.
