On this interactive discovery experience across Barcelona's Old Town, you will solve riddles via a web app in your phone’s browser. After you start your adventure in front of the fountain on Plaça Reial, you will be faced with eleven riddles that will lead you from one spot to the next, unveiling local recommendations, fun facts and the city's history. You will receive all the information you need for your tour in an e-mail after the booking.
Take your exploration of Barcelona to a whole new level as you wander its charming (and quiet) streets trying to solve riddles. To find the answers, you’ll need to look closely at incredible stained-glass windows, curious statues, cool street art, and many more details of the city’s environment that you could have missed otherwise. Along the way, you’ll unlock recommendations for authentic local cocktail bars, as well as hidden spots to hang out and take in all of Barcelona’s unique buzz and vibrant colors. The hotspots you will discover during this game include:
- Placa Reial
- Gaudi art
- The gorgeous church of Santa Maria del Pi
- The nostalgic square of Sant Felip Neri
- Old ruins inside the cultural center of El Born
This game is suitable for friends, couples, families with kids and team buildings. Enjoy being together while exploring a city, be creative and use your imagination to find city’s secrets!

- You can play in a team of 1–5 people
- Right after booking, you receive the play link to the City Trail, sent by email from the local operator, please check also your spam folder
- The link is valid for 90 days, starting on the date you booked the activity for
- The City Trail is available in English
- It is strongly recommended to play during daylight hours
- You can pause the game: once started, you have 15 days to finish
- You need internet connection and a little data to play. The game will be on your browser, no app download is needed
- The game starts in front of the fountain on Plaça Reial, and ends near the main post office
