El Grande, La Latina, Cervantes House, Lope de Vega Museum, Parliament, Fountain of Neptune, Prado Museum, Los Jeronimos Church, El Retiro Palace, El Retiro Park, Puerta de Alcala, Las Ventas Bullring, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Nuevos Ministerios, Colombus Square, National Library, Cibeles Fountain and the Bank of Spain.

- Each tuk-tuk has a capacity of 4 people maximum
- In winter, tuk-tuks have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind
- The tour operates with a multilingual driver-guide
- There is no luggage department in the tuk-tuk to store any handbags, wheelchairs, strollers or any further items
- Itinerary is not subject to change, but it may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
