No contact made to say that our pick up was delayed, I actually thought we had missed it and had to contact the tour group. First lady I spoke to said she would call me back but didn't, after a while I called again and was then told bus was delayed

The train, tram and mountain journey were all fabulous. The catamaran journey was awful due to choppy sea, that is no one's fault as you can't control the weather. What spoiled the trip for us was the guise, Irini. Her speech was slurred and no one could make out what she was saying. She walked off at each stop without giving out any info of where to meet up next and when! If it had not been for another hurt, Raul, we would have been completely lost. This spoiled our trip as we were so anxious!
