Meet your guide in front of the stairs leading up to the Parcel Yard (next to the Platform 9 3/4 Harry Potter shop inside King's Cross Station). The guide will be standing there holding a sign or waving a wand. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts. Your guide won't be able to answer their phone once the tour has started so it is essential that you arrive on time.
