Know in advance:
- This is a private activity. Only your group will participate
- The group consists of a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 12
- Moderate walking ability is required
- Plan your journey to the meeting point well in advance as refunds cannot be given for lateness or delays
- If you want to get your photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley, it's recommend to arrive 45 minutes before the tour starts, as queues can be big. There won't be time for the photo during the tour itself

- Comfortable shoes, camera, drinks and snacks, and an umbrella
- Contactless payment card or Oyster card for travel

Meet your guide at the bottom of the steps leading up to the Parcel Yard, located opposite the Platform 9¾ Shop in King's Cross Station. The Shop is located next to platform 9 in King's Cross Station itself. Your guide will be holding on to an A4 sign that says Platform 9 3/4. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the experience starts.
