The 4-course lunch is a dynamic blend of British and French Gastronomy prepared by talented guest chefs, with a carefully selected wine pairing. Your host for this culinary experience will be Jean David.

Menu:

First course: duo of smoked fish with English heritage beetroot, cucumber pickled and lemon cream

Second course: cheesecake of goat cheese with garlic rosemary and sun-blushed tomato, onion compote, and yellow pepper dressing

Main Course: ballotine of chicken, stuffed with fine lamb mousse and tarragon, fondant potatoes and carrots, crushed peas and rich red wine sauce

Dessert: blackberry and strawberry compote, vanilla ice cream and strawberries and cassis mousse
