Starting from a 5 pm pickup, you'll feel your excitement as you prepare to hear about the workshop. Meet the experienced and passionate cook with a broad culinary background with years of experience. Listen to the inspiring and educational information on different Javanese cuisines.

Next, it's time for creating ingredients into Javanese dishes like Bamie made with spaghetti, Telo made from yuca and saltfish, or marinated chicken skewers called Sate. For the vegetarians, the option includes the vegetable and peanut sauce dish of Pitjil, Saoto with or without egg, and a snack called Bakabana made from fried plantains with peanut sauce. After preparation, you can enjoy the meal and at the end, you will receive a copy of the recipe of the dishes you have made so that you can make them at home for your family or friends.
