After booking, you'll receive a separate email with the exact meeting point. Head there during the opening hours, show your ID or confirmation email to the friendly staff, and they'll securely store your luggage for the day.
Lastly, pick up your luggage. When you're ready to retrieve your belongings, return to the same location within the operating hours. Show your ID or confirmation email, and your luggage will be swiftly returned to you.

- You need to book a ticket for each piece of luggage (for example, if you are 1 person and want to store 3 bags, please select 3 adult tickets)
- A few minutes after booking, you will receive a separate email from the activity provider with the exact drop-off location
- Show the provider's confirmation email with the booking code to the staff to drop off your luggage
- You can pick up and drop off your bags anytime during opening hours: 11.00 am - 11.00 pm
- Insurance up to £1,500 and 24/7 customer support included
- There are no luggage size restrictions
