- You can visit the locations any time you want during the opening hours on the day of the booking
- After booking, you will receive your entry ticket QR ticket via separate e-mail from supplier
- The QR ticket will only be visible when in proximity to the venue
- You will need internet connection on your smartphone to retrieve your QR ticket
- Children will be asked to present their valid passports at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age
- All visitors must go through the security check at the entrances
- To enter the Topkapi Palace, you must take part in the guided tour operated as Hosted Entry every hour from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Reservations are not required
- The guide will provide a 20-minute introduction and then accompany visitors inside the palace. Once inside, visitors can explore the palace on their own until 5 PM
- The Hagia Sophia Museum entrance ticket only gives access to the 2nd-floor visitor areas, but not to the Mosque's prayer areas
- Kindly note that due to the limited capacity of the location, you might wait in queue to enter even with the skip-the-line ticket
- In Hagia Sofia, remember to wear modest clothing (arms and legs covered). Women must cover their hair with a scarf. If you forget to bring your own scarf, you can buy one before you enter
- The mosque is only open for half a day on the first day of Ramadan and the Sacrifice Festivals
