- Ship departures during summer (01 March - 31 October)
- Monday to Thursday: from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm every 30 minutes
- Friday to Saturday: from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm every 15-30 minutes
- Ship departures during winter-time (01 November - 28 February)
- Monday to Friday: from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm every 30-45 minutes
- Saturdays and Sundays: from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm every 30 minutes
- On 24.12. (Christmas Eve) the last round trip takes place at 14:00
- Live commented tour in German. For our foreign language speakers, you can download our 'RainerAbicht' Audio Guide App from the Apple or Google Store and enjoy the harbor tour in English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and Russian.
- Before embarking on the cruise, you'll need to download the free Rainer Abicht app on your phone. (Open the Google Play Store and search for "RainerAbicht". It is advisable to do this at least two hours in advance, allowing time and ensuring a stable internet connection.)
- Tours to the Speicherstadt (warehouse district) are dependent on the water levels. It is not possible to cruise through the narrow waterways during high and low water levels
- Please remember to bring your own headphones for the audioguide
