late/early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 7/8/10 USD for 2/3/8 passenger vehicle, to be paid on site

each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
please inform the local supplier about your itinerary, at least one day before departure. You can find their contact information in the voucher after booking
the driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
