- Car (Toyota Vios or similar): Maximum 2 passengers with a small luggage or 3 passengers without luggage

- Van (Toyota Innova or similar): Maximum 3 passengers with a small luggage or 5 passengers without luggage

- Bus (Ford Transit or similar): Maximum 8 passengers with a small luggage or 15 passengers without luggage

Each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
The driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7. The WhatsApp contact can be found in the voucher after booking
Over time (per hour): 7/7/14 USD for Car/Van/Bus (pay to transfer operator)
Late/Early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 6/7/9 USD for Car/Van/Bus (pay to transfer operator)
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
Please provide: pick-up date & time, number of pax, pick-up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time: for International flights - 90 minutes; for Domestic flights - 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
