Pre-book a private transfer by air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy a door-to-door service that is both relaxed and efficient. Your driver will meet you on arrival and will be holding a sign with your name on it for ease of contact. While they take care of your belongings, you can refresh yourself from your flight.

You can choose between the following options available in the order box: car with a maximum of 2 passengers (Option 1), vehicle with a maximum of 3 passengers (Option 2), or a vehicle with a maximum of 8 passengers (Option 3).

Vehicle options:

4 seater car: Maximum 2 passengers

7 seater car: Maximum 3 passengers

16 seater car: Maximum 8 passengers

Extra luggage or luggage larger than permitted based on vehicle space

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

Over time (per hour): 10 USD for car/12 USD for van/16 for bus
Late/early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 10 USD for car/12 USD for van/16 USD for bus

Know in advance:

There is a minimum of 2 people per booking
Vehicle types: Car maximum 2 passengers with a small luggage or 3 passengers without luggage // Van maximum 3 passengers with a small luggage or 5 passengers without luggage // Bus maximum 8 passengers with a small luggage or 15 passengers without luggage
Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
At checkout please provide: Pick up date and time, number of pax, pick-up and drop-off point, Flight number, Full name (all passengers), Year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time for international flights: 90 minutes; for domestic flights: 60 minutes. Train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
