You can choose between the following options available in the order box: car with a maximum of 2 passengers (Option 1), vehicle with a maximum of 3 passengers (Option 2), or a vehicle with a maximum of 8 passengers (Option 3).

Vehicle options: 4 Seater Car (Toyota Vios or similar) for maximum 2 passengers; 7 Seater Car (Toyota Innova or similar) for maximum 3 passengers; 16 Seater Car (Ford Transit or similar) for maximum 8 passengers
Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
Vietnamese-speaking driver (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The customer service team (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details

Waiting time for international flights — 90 minutes; for Domestic flights — 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel — 30 minutes
