Exploring Hue's street food through a walking tour is a fantastic experience, you'll discover narrow alleys and sidewalk eateries, allowing you to deeply understand the unique culinary culture of this city.
Start your journey the pick-up from your hotel in Hue at 6pm. Once there, try special cakes such as, Banh beo, nam, and loc (water fern cake, steamed rice pancake with shrimp and rice dumpling cake). Last but not least, don't miss the chance to try Com hen or Bun Hen (mussel rice, mussel noodle)!
After that, go visit the colorful Dong Ba market and try some Bun thit nuong (Grilled pork vermicelli) or Bun bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup). Visit night market, try Banh Khoai (Hue pancake) and local beer.
