Know in advance:
- Please select an option from 1 to 6 according to the amount you prefer. The gift card will contain a unique code that can be entered when making the experiences booking
- Please note that your booking is not immediately confirmed, but you have to wait up to 48 hours to receive the confirmation email and the voucher
- Once your gift card has been purchased, you may redeem this against experiences via the following channels: tuimusement.com - musement.com - TUI app - TUI Musement app - Local TUI Travel Agent
- Once purchased, the gift card is not refundable however, once redeemed, the cancellation policy of the experience booked applies. The gift card cannot be used against a TUI holiday (experiences only)
- This gift card is valid up to 2 years after the purchase date
- The gift card can not be combined with other cards or promotions
- The gift card can be used on one or more purchases
- The gift card is not personal and is transferable
- Failure to use the gift card by the due date will not be entitled to refund or to a replacement prize or to any other type of compensation
- The gift card is not redeemable in exchange for cash and does not give the right to have any cash back
- In case of theft or loss, you will not have any reimbursement by TUI
