- At the time you pick up your audio guide device, you must leave a deposit of 50 euros as a guarantee. This deposit will be returned to you once the device is delivered, after verifying that it is in perfect condition

- The Patronage of Alhambra and Generalife requires indicating the full name, age, and nationality of each visitor; this information is essential when purchasing a ticket. The name given at the time of booking must be the same name that appears on the identity card or passport of each participant
- Please be punctual, otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund should you arrive late
- The visit can last between 3 and 4 hours
- The time of access to the Palacios Nazaries may vary according to the availability
