- The guided tour is offered only in English
- All children must be accompanied by, and supervised by an adult at all times. No Flash Photography and no touching the animals
- The Cairns aquarium is normally open daily from 10.00am until 3.00pm. Last admission is at 2.00pm
- Lifts, escalators and accessible toilets are available for those in wheelchairs throughout the attraction. Free Wheelchair hire is available
- Infants (age 0-2): free admission
